Submitting a website form or starting an EVA conversation requests assistance or a quote. It does not reserve accommodation, transport, permits or activities, and it does not confirm a booking. Obtain written confirmation of availability and booking arrangements from our travel team.
Your quote and itinerary
Website packages and starting prices are planning references. The final quote should set out your dates, traveller numbers, room arrangements, hotel category, transport, places covered, inclusions, exclusions, taxes and any optional activities. Ask the team to clarify any item before accepting the quote.
Payments and confirmation
Request the required deposit or payment schedule, verified payment instructions and written booking confirmation directly from our team. The website inquiry forms and EVA are not payment facilities. Do not send banking passwords, OTPs or card details through them.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Applicable conditions depend on the confirmed services, suppliers and travel dates. Before payment, obtain the cancellation charges, amendment conditions, non-refundable components and refund process in writing for your booking. This page does not quote a universal cancellation percentage or guarantee a refund amount or processing deadline.

Permits, access and optional activities
Where an itinerary involves permits, ferries, safaris, high-altitude routes, boat trips or optional activities, confirm the operating conditions, required documents and charges with the team. Website descriptions do not confirm live access or availability.
Before you travel
Check the names, dates, pickup and drop locations, hotel details and inclusions on your written itinerary and vouchers. Raise any discrepancy with the team before travel. For questions about travel insurance or requirements for your route, ask for guidance appropriate to your trip.
